Cary Senior Portrait Claire G
We were so excited when Claire G contacted us the summer before her senior year for her Cary Senior Portrait! It was especially exciting since we had also done Cary senior portraits for her sister, Cami! It is a family affair!
Claire wanted a modern/urban yet natural look for her portraits. We met her downtown on a warm July evening and it was the perfect setting! She was comfortable and laughing perched on the outdoor table framed by the muted colors of the wall murals. Her bright blue bow matched her eyes (which she loves) perfectly!
Claire loves impressionist art – especially the movement and bright colors. She also has a favorite full length gold skirt that she wore to prom. We captured both in her senior portrait session. When she sat on the city steps and leaned against the bricks, her skirt flowed beautifully – just like an impressionist painting! The portrait was captivating in a black and white format, as well as color.
When we met with Claire and her family to reveal her portraits after her session, we helped them sort their portraits to find their favorites. They had so many favorites they decided to have us design a custom senior album! Our design team incorporated many of her favorite portraits and produced a beautiful and timeless bound book of archival quality prints. She also chose some portraits for smaller prints for her family and her yearbook page.
Claire is planning to attend college after graduation, to major in communications, film studies or creative writing. She loves traveling with her family, where they often visit churches and art museums. Mediterranean food is her favorite, and she enjoys movies with friends. Her energy, humor, optimism and creativity are captivating! We can’t wait to see read her first novel or see her first film!
