Senior Year has a way of arriving faster than you expect. One moment, life feels like its usual rhythm of busy schedules and routines, and the next, you are booking graduation portraits and making college decisions, realizing that everything is about to change.

As a senior portrait photographer, we have the privilege of walking alongside families during this time, and we see firsthand just how much this season matters. By the time graduation arrives, everything feels more real. Most seniors step into their cap and gown, or wear the future college gear that represents years of their hard work and dedication. While others take the opportunity to create a professional headshot for future internship opportunities.

Cate and Alina are both heading to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Sarah is off to Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Each of these seniors has worked incredibly hard to reach this point, and this week, as they begin moving into their colleges, we find ourselves thinking of them and everything that brought them here. Their paths are different, and their goals are uniquely their own, yet they all share a sense of readiness for what comes next.
