Chelsea first heard my name while she was researching photographers in the Triangle area. Having just relocated for work, they were new to the area and just getting settled. Their daughter Imogen was turning 6 months old and needed new pictures…the perfect occasion for a family shoot. Then the craziest thing happened – in the pricing document I sent her was a picture of Lexie and Mira that was picked up for the Rolling Stone Magazine contest. She recognized Lexie immediately! Lexie and Chelsea went to high school together (even had spanish together for 2 years) all the way back in KANSAS! Say what?! After that I KNEW that I would love this family. And I did! We had a fantastic shoot and went back to do it again just 6 months later. This family and those blue eyes . . . holy moly!
