High School Senior Brett F

High school senior Brett’s family has worked with Teresa for portraits before, including older sister Sami, so it was only natural that he contact My Friend Teresa Studios for his senior portraits. Brett (Cary Academy, Class of 2017) was looking forward to this first ‘senior’ thing.

At the planning meeting, we learned that Brett is an Eagle Scout. He loves wrestling, math and science, and sports. He is on the prom committee, and is VP of his class. He is funny, kind and loves being with his friends. He had some very specific ideas for his senior portraits and wanted to do his more ‘formal’ ones at Cary Academy. He also told Teresa about a special spot at nearby Lake Crabtree park, so they decided to do both.

In mid-August, Teresa met Brett at Cary Academy for his session. He was so popular that everyone kept shouting out to him during his session – students, coaches, parents. Everyone seemed to know him! Teresa also got a few pictures with his big sister Sammie (we had done her portraits a while back).

They then went to Lake Crabtree Park and Brett showed Teresa his favorite spot. They got amazing shots just as the sun was setting. Teresa promised to not share the spot with anyone else for this season…but it is definitely on the list for the future!

When Brett and his mom came to the studio to view Brett’s senior portraits they were thrilled! Brett chose his yearbook photos. They chose 12 favorites for Teresa to design some mini-accordion books to share with family. Teresa also designed a collage for Brett to match the one she did for his sister Sami. And for a special keepsake, they chose 20-30 for a custom designed album.

Brett has graduated and is loving his next adventure. We are sure whoever he goes everyone will know him and appreciate his positive impact!
