Looking ahead to her senior year, and with a busy summer ahead, Anna G. contacted Teresa about her high school senior picture. Teresa was thrilled and scheduled a planning meeting.
High School Senior Picture Anna G
Anna and her mom, Sarah, came to the studio to meet with Teresa. Anna loves math and science. She loves swimming, and is active in her Jewish youth group. She wanted a natural location for her session – complete with a field of flowers, a meadow, and other natural elements. Teresa recommended Camden Park with its rocky creek, small waterfall, wooden bridge – and a beautiful field of tall wildflowers, located near Fearrington Village.
They met in mid-August on a hot and humid day. Camden Park was beautiful. They all laughed about Anna’s ‘coordination’ (or lack thereof!), so she was very careful on the rocks in the waterfall. They met a woman who warned them about snakes in the area, but thankful none were seen!. Anna looked stunning in her bright blue print dress. And on the wooden bridge and the wildflower fields in her other outfits. Each of her outfits had a special significance to her, making portraits even more special.
Anna returned to the studio with her mom a few weeks later to see her gallery proofs and an overview slide show. They remarked how Teresa had really captured Anna’s personality and style. They chose a beautiful canvas for their wall and a stunning curved metal for a smaller display. To resolve the dilemma of ‘what about all the rest of them?’, they chose about 25 portraits and Teresa designed a keepsake album for them. Anna also chose her yearbook photos. When everything was in hand, we visited the family to professionally install their canvas in their home.
Anna has graduated and is enjoying her next life adventure. We wish her much success!
