Twins Tommy and Kelly knew that they wanted My Friend Teresa Studios to take their high school senior portrait Cary, just like older sister Laura.

High school senior portrait Cary: Tommy B 2017

Tommy B was enjoying the beginning of summer and was looking forward to his senior year at Cary Academy (Class of 2017). The first order of business was to plan his high school senior portrait Cary. His older sister Laura had My Friend Teresa Studios do her senior portraits and had a wonderful experience.   Tommy contacted Teresa to start planning.

Teresa met with Tommy and his mom in early June to get to know him and plan his session. Tommy loves outdoors and cross-country track. He wanted a rustic vibe for his portraits. Teresa suggested that West Point on the Eno was the perfect location.

They met at West Point on the Eno on a cool but humid Sunday morning. Tommy and Teresa laughed about how different he was than his sisters (Laura and Kelly)! After the more formal portraits, Tommy wore his running gear (including his ‘Running Sucks’ T-shirt. He likes to run barefoot….the mud was fun! He even waded into the river, despite the rapid water from recent rains. His ‘sweat’ was really river water dumped on his head!

After such a fun shoot, Teresa had over 50 amazing portraits of Tommy. She met with Tommy and his mom. First they viewed a video montage of the portraits and then they were able to view and sort them as matted prints on the studio gallery wall. With a little help from Teresa, Tommy picked his yearbook photo. They also chose their favorite 20-30 portraits for a custom-designed linen album.

Tommy is ready to graduate soon and is ‘running’ off to his next exciting life event.
