As we unboxed Ella’s senior portrait collage there was an audible gasp from all the members of the My Friend Teresa Studios team. We all gathered around the large office table to see it close up. My perfectionist side kicked in and I started checking corners, inspecting the frame joints, thumping the tension of the paper back, and suspending the wire hanger on my finger to check it’s balance. It was flawless. As I took a few steps back to see it as it would be on the wall, I was in love with the modern, solid-wood frame they selected and it’s delicious rustic black wood finish. I couldn’t wait for our delivery and installation appointment at their house a few days later.
When the Thompson’s unwrapped their collage they were as excited as we had been a few days earlier. It was absolutely perfect. The double white and black double mat complimented the thin white borders of the collage. The rich browns and tans of Ella’s portraits were in perfect harmony with the distressed edges of the frame.
After thirty minutes our installer had their framed collage hanging in the family home office where it is perfectly proportioned to hang on a wall by the door. Eight beautiful photos, capturing all of the faces and sides of Ella’s personality will be enjoyed there for a long time.
Senior portrait collages are offered in two sizes (traditional and square) with double mat, acrylic, professional mounting, paper backing and wire hanger in custom frame styles from modern to barnwood starting at $650.
