Senior Pictures Clayton: Kirsten 2019
Kirsten, her sister Olivia, and their family are like our family too! Olivia has often assisted Teresa with photography sessions, and we have done event photography and video sessions for their mom and dad. Kirsten and Olivia are both Class of 2019 seniors and we were thrilled to plan something special for Kirsten’s Senior Pictures Clayton.
Kirsten (Corinth Holders High Class of 2019) is fairly shy and quiet. Mom says she is resilient, giving, sweet, and soulful. Kirsten wanted her senior portraits to be outdoors with some urban vibes. And we wanted to capture her amazing blue eyes!
Teresa and Justin had recently scouted some new locations and found a (super secret) location. It was a bit of a drive to the hidden location, but well worth it. Kirsten was up for the challenge and they arrived at the wooded site by the river. The site also has an abandoned brick and metal building structure. Teresa took a tumble on the way in, but recovered (saving her camera)!. The team climbed the metal stairs to the top of the abandoned structure to find beautiful views, and colorful urban graffiti. Kirsten looked beautiful in her red and white striped dress with the bright sun streaming through the windows. The session ended a little early when some other people arrived who didn’t particularly want to share the site, so the team moved on.
A few weeks, and several (torrential) rain delays later, Teresa and the team met Kirsten at a quiet lake and boat dock in Umstead Park for the rest of her session. Kirsten’s bright blue outfit matched her eyes and she looked right at home at the dock for some relaxed and happy portraits.
A few weeks later Kirsten and her family came to the studio to view the behind-the-scenes video and over 80 beautiful portraits proofs. The family chose our classic artist’s journal style leather album with 20-30 images. We custom designed Kirsten’s album and delivered it just as she was in full swing of her senior year.
We loved working with Kirsten and her family to create amazing memories for her Senior Pictures Clayton!
