Abby is from Middle Creek High school, class of 2020. She wanted some special senior portraits (more than just the ‘usual’ ones for the school). A couple of her friends from summer camp had worked with us and recommended us. She checked out our website and reached out. We were thrilled to get to know Abby and create stunning Senior Portraits Cary for her.
Senior Portraits Cary: Murals for a music fan
At our planning meeting, we learned Abby wanted some interesting backgrounds for her senior portraits. She likes both urban and natural environments. Also, she loves music concerts and has amazing blue eyes!
We got busy reviewing our location ideas and planning her session with our team. Justin visited Abby to help select her outfits and she was relieved to have these decisions made.
On a warm late summer evening, we met Abby at Dorothea Dix park in Raleigh where the light through the big trees and the old brick buildings are always a beautiful background. Our favorite wardrobe piece from Abby was her painted denim jacket which matched her personality perfectly!
We continued on to downtown Raleigh for some colorful mural backgrounds that had musical themes, and some classic brick.
The behind-the-scenes video captures the whole session and is a great way for her to remember the session.
Abby and her family came to the studio a few weeks later to view the video and a slide show of her portraits. They loved them all and decided on the full digital collection to have as a memory of this special time for Abby, and to share with family and friends.
We enjoyed getting to know Abby, creating her Senior Portraits Cary, and being a part of her special senior year.
