Kate S (Panther Creek, Class of 2021) loves photography and photo editing.   This made it even more special that she chose us for her Senior Portraits Cary session.

Senior Portraits Cary:  Beach, Sunflowers, and Discus

We met with Kate (Panther Creek, Class of 2021) at our studio during the summer to plan her Senior Portraits Cary.  We learned that she loves track and cross-country and had set a school record.   She and her family love their trips to Disney, camping, and hiking.  Her friends say they can rely on her for anything!

For her senior portrait session, Kate was excited to learn that we offer a free summer beach trip option for all our Senior Portraits Cary fusion sessions.  Kate wanted her portraits to feature nature, wildflowers, and being near water.  Our creative team got busy planning not one, but three fun sessions!

On her first session date, Kate came to the studio for hair and make-up services by our resident artist, Denise.  We got some magazine-worthy portraits of this athlete.

Then it was off to West Point at the Eno, for some natural portraits by the water.

A few urban scenes rounded out the session.

Kate joined us for a session at Carolina Beach for a summer senior portrait mini-session and was stunning in her white dress and fun blue romper.

Kate’s third session was designed to capture her love of nature and wildflowers.  The NC Museum of Art sunflower field was the perfect backdrop.

Kate and her family returned to the studio a few weeks later to watch the behind-the-scenes video and a slideshow of all her portraits.  Kate selected 25-30 of her favorite images (it was hard to choose!) so that we could create a beautiful leather-bound artist-style album for her, and a companion grandparent book.   The family also chose some unique prints on curved metal and acrylic block for desktop presentations.   They couldn’t part with any of the images, so they chose the full digital collection of files to share with family and friends.

We loved working with Kate and her family to capture this memorable time.
