Senior Portraits Cary: Madi P 2019
Madi P started thinking about for her Senior Portraits Cary near the end of her junior year at Cary Academy. She and her mom met with Teresa at our downtown Cary studio to plan her session.
At the planning meeting, we learned that Madi loves running, drawing and scuba diving. But the real excitement was that she was only a month away from getting a new puppy! She was seeking a small town urban vibe for her session.
Teresa and Justin planned her session itinerary and then Justin met with Madi at her home to help design and style her session. They chose a beautiful blue paisley top that was the perfect match for Madi’s eyes, along with several other casual outfits perfect for the small town bohemian vibe.
In late June, Teresa and her assistant met Madi in downtown Cary for her session. Madi looked right at home in the small town urban environment. Brick sidewalks, rustic doors, iron steps, and block walls with ivy were the perfect backdrop for her session.
Madi brought her brand new chocolate lab puppy, “Finnegan” to her session. He hung out at the studio for part of the session, then joined Madi for an ice cream treat at Fresh Local Ice Cream. Teresa joked that the session took longer than usual because everyone wanted to play with Finnegan!
A few weeks later Madi returned to the studio with her family to view a slide show of her 70 portrait proofs. They also viewed the matted proofs on our gallery wall. Madi chose her yearbook portraits that we submitted on her behalf. They also selected 20-30 images for a beautiful custom-designed leather artist style album. A tumbled stone display tile, and a gorgeous matted and framed print rounded out their selections.
We loved our session with Madi (and Finnegan)!
