Olivia T., her sister Kirsten, and their family are like our family too! Olivia has often assisted Teresa with photography sessions, and we have done event photography and video sessions for their mom and dad. Kirsten and Olivia are both Class of 2019 seniors and we were thrilled to plan something special for Olivia’s Senior Portraits Cary.
Senior Portraits Cary: Beach fashion
Olivia is Class of 2019 at Middle Creek High School. She has been one of our photography assistants for several years and we have eagerly anticipated her senior portraits Cary.
Olivia regularly does modeling photo shoots where she follows the artistic direction of the photographer. She was excited to work with Teresa to plan her OWN session, with her own creative vision. She was especially interested in a bohemian beach vibe and we were excited to create that with her.
The team met Olivia at Jordan Lake in late June for some amazing sunset portraits on the dock and the beach. Olivia looked beautiful in her flowing dress from Cousin Couture. It was really hot the day of the session, but Olivia had her favorite (giant) drink from Freddy’s!
Olivia is very close to her stepsister Kirsten, also Class of 2019. We got creative and planned a fun Senior Portraits Cary retro-vibe session for the two of them together at Jellybeans roller skating rink. We rented out the rink for the session, so we were the only ones there. When Olivia and Kirsten arrived, we realized that neither one of them knew how to skate! It made for some hilarious sister moments and they had fun laughing and joking together for the session
The whole family returned to the studio a few weeks later to make their product selections. They watched Olivia’s behind-the-scenes video, and a slide show of her portraits. And the video from Jellybeans. They chose a beautiful leather artist-style album for Olivia, which holds 20-30 portraits, and one for the sisters together, too.
Olivia graduated early and is exploring new adventures. We can’t wait to see where her path leads!
