With his junior year in full swing, Tommy H started planning for his senior year at Cary Academy. He saw an Instagram post in January that we had just opened up our books and contacted us to grab a spot for his high school senior photos.
Senior Portraits Cary: Planes and not so Plain
Tommy H was one of our first Class of 2019 seniors to plan his high school senior photos. When we met in the winter of his junior year, we learned that Tommy (and his family) have a love of travel. His personal goal is to visit 50 countries in his lifetime.
We planned a senior portraits Cary fusion session for June. To capture Tommy’s love of travel, Teresa was able to arrange access to a small airport and a hanger full of small planes. Even though it was very hot, Tommy donned his suit, grabbed his briefcase and sun glasses, and looked ready to hop on a plane for his next trip.
A few weeks later, we met Tommy in Durham for some more urban high school senior photos. He seemed right at home with the urban vibe, His wide easy smile reflected his personality perfectly.
After the session, we met again with Tommy and his mom at our studio. They loved the portraits and behind-the-scense video. They chose his yearbook portraits and a digital file for the whole family to enjoy.
Tommy organized the prom for his senior class and we were thrilled to work with him to capture the special night. He has graduated Cary Academy and is no doubt working down his list of 50 countries to visit!
