Victoria was excited about her senior year (Cary Academy, Class of 2020), and contacted us for her senior portraits Cary. We were excited to meet her.
Senior Portraits Cary: Neon Lights, an Arcade, and a Blue Van
Victoria (Cary Academy, Class of 2020) and her mom met with Teresa at our studio to plan her session. Victoria shared that she loves cross-country running and track, plays the piano, and lived in Beijing until 8th grade. In school she took advanced Chemistry, American Literature, and Economics.
For her senior portraits Cary, she had a unique idea to create a vintage comic book brought to life – colorful, bright lights, and high contrast. And, of course, a few traditional images. Our creative team got together and planned a session customized just for Victoria.
We met Victoria in downtown Raleigh at the mural beside Boulted Bread. On our way, we found an old camper nearby that matched her super cute blue shirt dress. The best accessories were her earrings, which she made herself…and her adorable glasses.
We also went to a couple of non-traditional places, including a wall of graffiti (with a gritty pikachu), a bowling alley, and an arcade.
Victoria and her family returned to our studio a few weeks later. Victoria selected her yearbook photos and we submitted on her behalf. They loved the images and selected their favorite ten for digital images to share with family and friends.
We enjoyed meeting Victoria and capturing a colorful part of her memorable senior year!
