Meet Avee Robertson, a proud graduate of North Carolina State University. For Avee’s senior portraits, she wanted to celebrate her college graduation and her time at NC State, where she earned her degree and created countless memories. As a dedicated member of the Wolfpack, Avee’s session marked the end of an era and the beginning of exciting new adventures.

The Portrait Session: Wolves, The Belltower, and Talley Student Union
For Avee’s senior portraits, she led us on a heartfelt journey through the iconic landmarks of NC State, where each one held special college memories. From the Belltower to the wolf statues, and everything in-between, each location was chosen to reflect her Wolfpack pride and the sentiments of her deep connection to her university, perfectly fitting her graduation session.
Beaming with Pride at The Belltower
The session began with Avee posing proudly in front of NC State’s Memorial Belltower, a beloved landmark for students and alumni alike. Wearing her cap and gown, Avee exuded confidence and joy, celebrating the culmination of years of her hard work and dedication, and all the fun she had along the way. Standing tall in front of the Belltower, her Wolfpack Red cap and gown was a gorgeous pop of color against the neutral, historic backdrop, and this reflected the energy of her graduation and senior portraits as a whole.
Paying Homage to NC State’s Mascot
Next, we visited the iconic wolf statues, where Avee posed with these iconic symbols of the Wolfpack spirit. These portraits celebrated her connection and loyalty to her college, with portraits that will always remind her of her time at school. The wolves as a backdrop paid homage to Avee’s strength and determination, and these images perfectly captured her unwavering pride in being part of the Wolfpack community. Go Pack!
Don’t Step on the Seal!
Avee wanted to make sure her senior portraits featured the seal in the Talley Student Union, which is a mainstay of NC State tradition. It’s said to be bad luck to step on the seal, and students who wish to graduate on time are advised to avoid it! We loved capturing Avee’s sense of fun and helping her upkeep her university traditions. Her parents joined her for this special graudation session, and we had the opportunity to capture family portraits that authentically displayed their pride and joy in their daughter’s achievements. Her senior portraits with her family serve as a beautiful reminder of the love and support that have been a constant throughout her journey.
